We review the risk together
We talk through swimmer count, ages, swimmer ability, pool features, alcohol, location, and overall event conditions. These details shape a sensible plan.

We recommend the right number of lifeguards
You receive a clear coverage recommendation matched to your event, so the number of certified lifeguards fits what you are hosting.

You confirm and book
Sign the agreement and complete the booking requirements to secure your date. A request is not confirmed until we have reviewed and accepted it.

A certified lifeguard arrives and supervises
Your certified lifeguard checks the pool area on arrival and supervises the water zone throughout the event.
What you stay responsible for
We provide professional supervision of the water zone, and a few clear boundaries keep everyone on the same page.
The host remains responsible for the property, guest behavior, supervision outside the water, alcohol, pets, and safe event conditions.
Parents and guardians remain responsible for their children outside the water.
